f.   Assist in the conduct of activities related to GIZ-SAFT Project;  and

a.     Serves as member of the Organic Agriculture Validation Team (OAVT) Secretariat and admin support for the Registration Section of the Division;

b.    Assists the OAVT Secretariat’s Officer-in-charge in the conduct of validation activities and preparation of validation reports;

c.     Assists in attending queries from clients, and in the issuance of permits, licenses and registration certificates of the Registration Section;

d.    Assists the preparation, conduct and documentation of meetings and public consultations of the OAVT and the Registration Section;

e.     Assists in the delivery of samples to the laboratories and pick-up of results of laboratory analysis;

f.      Assists the preparation of procurement related documents for the activities of the OAVT and Registration Section;

g.     Perform functions related to the BAFS’ ISO 9001:2008 (QMS) and transition to ISO 9001:2015; and

h.    Performs other related functions as directed.
